Nicki's History

 Onika Maraj A.K.A Nicki Minaj was born on December 8th, 1984' and raised until 5 years of age, in Trinidad. She then moved to Queens, New York with her mom and dad. according to Nicki her dad drank liquor, also used drugs and once tried to kill her mom by lighting the house on fire. Nicki graduated high school at LaGaurdia High School, a school specializing in music and performing arts. Nicki was in the drama program while attending school. She also used to work at the red lobster in Bronx.

P.S Nicki your damn fine and and the best female artist from my personal opinion keep it up sexy ;)

The Dream

Yesterday I found my self in the halls of the subway, day dreamin' about this chick. When i snapped out of it I was in the middle of a freestyle with some downtown dudes spittin on about some ish. The chick was so fine with a skinny complex, lil bigger head and a mesh skully. She was cold so she wanted me to grip her tight and speak to her my thoughts of a skilled soul. I would never let her go, My chick is a MICROPHONE!

Its Raining skillz

lol well peeps it's raining outside. Good day to plug in to sum beats on my ipod and walk around in the rain. it's time to get creative. I love the rain its helps me think lets my mind flow just like i said its raining skillz haha :D 

Some Skills I Use To Make Me A Better Artist

First of all people you can never learn to much. soak it all up, work on your vocabulary, learn new words and definitions. Listen to your favorite artist, listen close. Compare styles learn some techniques don't copy create your own style, or multiple styles. relax, let your mind flow, look at your surroundings and remember hip hop is a life style its all around us. you can write in ANY emotion 4 real. thats the best part of writing music. if your mad pick up a pen ...if your sad pick up the pen, you get the idea... those are some techniques..  lets hear some feedback peeps, opinions, views your own ideas ..

My First Spit

I remember the first time i heard  freestyling. I was about 12 years old me and some bros were kickin' it at a school in the evening by the basketball courts in our hometown. One of our older friends came up to us n started spitting these crazy lyrics. Going on and on for minutes and he was finished he said "yo you guys should try spit a lil somthin', I know you guys can do it" then he pointed at me and said "yo i know YOU! can do it." So after that night i went home started practicing in my room spit thinking what to spit about lol back then i didn't know better n just spit about random grimy stuff haha gimme break iight I was 12. To tell you the truth i didn't write anything for about a year or two just straight up freestyle. I wrote my first spit when i was about 14 was in-completed but everyone was loving it. that credibility was enough to keep me going. I still remember most of it in my head. i made sure people were telling the truth about me spittin and i would NOT leave the house unless my sound was hot. I've been spittin' every since.. lately I've been slippin' tho i need motivate my self or find motivation... HIP HOP 1 Love
